If you do not remember your username and/or password you will need to click on forgot username/password and put in your information. If you cannot remember your information you will have to call the number for assistance. DO NOT CREATE A SECOND ACCOUNT. IT WILL NOT WORK. YOU MUST CALL TO GET YOUR INFORMATION. If you are having trouble getting into your account, you will have to call CollegeBoard for help. If you request your scores over the phone they will charge you a fee. DO NOT ASK FOR YOUR SCORES; ask for help with gaining access to your online account.
