Great news. Our school is going digital!
We are adopting a new system named CareMonkey; it’s paperless and we’ll be able to send you electronic forms that are easy to complete on your phone, tablet or PC. You’ll be able to provide blue emergency cards, field trip permission slips, media consent forms, or event registration forms electronically. No more lost forms, notes crumbled in the bottom of the back pack or concerns about your child missing out on opportunities because a form was not filled out.
We are excited about providing you this service to help us manage all the paperwork we send home and allow you an easy way to provide all these forms back to us.
