Staff Absence

If you are staff member and wish to report your absence, please click on the link below and complete the Google Form. 


This form should be completed by 6:00 a.m. on and for the date of your absence.  Please DO NOT use this link for future absences.  Please continue to speak with your payroll secretary for any future absences.


In order to access the Staff Absence form, you will need to be logged into your DOE email account (@schools.nyc.gov).
