Remote Instruction for all students starts on September 16th with check-ins.  Regular classes begin on September 21st remotely; students in Blended Instruction start coming into our building on October 1st.  Please visit our COVID-19 Information and Healthy Practices page; you can find it in the Remote Learning tab!  Stay safe and healthy!  Masks, social distancing, handwashing and staying home if you are sick (get tested if there is a possibility of COVID-19.)  Please disregard student schedules posted in Pupilpath, we will let you know when they are up to date and ready for review. Transcripts

Please click on the link located at the bottom of this page to fill out a transcript request form and follow the directions listed below.

You may do any of the following:

1) Mail your completed Transcript Request form to 5800 20th Ave Brooklyn, NY 11204 Attn: Valentina Cicco, College Office

2) Fax your completed Transcript Request form to 718-621-8807 Attn: Valentina Cicco, College Office

3) Email your completed Transcript Request form to Valentina Cicco at VCicco@schools.nyc.gov.  Please be sure to put your name and transcript request in the subject line. (Ex:  Valentina Cicco, Transcript Request)

 

Transcript requests are filled as soon as possible after receipt, but you should allow up to a week for processing. Please note, after processing your request it can take a week (or more) for your transcript to reach your college/university.  

 

Your transcript is official ONLY when it is mailed or hand delivered to your school. Please note: a fax copy of the transcript is acceptable with a follow-up hard copy transcript.
