The annual NYC School Survey is open! Families are encouraged to participate. The information collected by the survey is designed to support a dialogue among all members of the school community about how to make your school a better place to learn.
Fill out the family survey online at NYCSchoolSurvey.org
Once you do so, take a picture showing you completed the survey and give it to your child to give to their 3rd period teacher. Save a copy for your records.
To complete the survey, all you need to know is your child’s 9- digit ID number.
- Enter a lower case "f" followed by your child's nine-digit Student Identification Number to access the survey (e.g. f123456789). A student's ID number can be found on their schedule, report card, student ID card, or in the family's NYCSA account (NYC Schools Account).
Families can select their preferred language in the upper left-hand corner. Families should complete a survey for each child in each school.
The Deadline to complete the School Survey has been extended to Friday May 2, 2025!!
