The annual NYC School Survey is open! Families are encouraged to participate. Fill out the family survey online at NYCSchoolSurvey.org
The information collected by the survey is designed to support a dialogue among all members of the school community about how to make your school a better place to learn.
To complete the survey, all you need to know is your child’s 9- digit ID number. Enter a lower case "f" followed by your child's nine-digit Student Identification Number to access the survey (e.g. f123456789). A student's ID number can be found on their schedule, report card, student ID card, or in the family's NYCSA account (NYC Schools Account).
Families can select their preferred language in the upper left-hand corner. Families should complete a survey for each child in each school.
