The search is on for new Student Ambassadors to represent our school!

Do you want to make an impact on students and parents visiting our school? Interested in building your leadership skills as you prepare for college and beyond?
As a Student Ambassador you will:
 Lead parents and students on walking tours of our school
 Appear on student panels
 Attend and represent our school at high school fairs throughout Brooklyn – possibly at your own junior high school!
 Meet people – Meet LOTS OF PEOPLE!
 Learn more about the college application process and financial aid to assist your fellow students through the process
 Get experiences and skills which colleges want to see in student that apply to their school

Need a Summer Job? SYEP Applications are now open! Click for link!

The Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) provides New York City youth between the ages of 14 and 24 with paid summer employment for up to six weeks in July and August. Participants work in entry-level jobs in a variety of industries including:

Arts and Recreation
Educational Services
Financial Services
Information Technology
Marketing/Public Relations
Real Estate/Property
SYEP also provides workshops on job readiness, career exploration, financial literacy, and opportunities to continue education and social growth.
Programs are located in community-based organizations in all five boroughs of New York City. Youth can apply for the program online or at a community-based organization during the application period. Participants are selected by lottery for the program.
